​A proud father of two beautiful boys, loving husband, caring brother, concerned nephew and son of two wonderful parents; all of whom live in the Carmichael area.  I became involved in the care of others after an accident nearly took my life and I learned what it was like to be dependent on others to accomplish my most basic activities of daily living. I am caring, compassionate, observant, empathetic, and a good listener.

​I studied business at CSU, Sacramento, and was a member of the United States Air Force until I was involved in a serious accident that changed the course of my life. After my accident, as part of my recovery, I began working with seniors as a caregiver at a larger facility where the caregiver staff:resident ratio was 30:1 and then worked in the Memory Care Unit of another large facility where the ratio was 10:1. In between these commercial facilities, I worked privately, one-on-one with home restricted individuals nearing the final stages of Parkinson’s and Dementia. I became a Senior Real Estate Specialist as a Real Estate Broker in 2016, earned my RCFE Certification from the State of California in January 2020, opened my first care home in 2022, and became a certified Death Doula in 2024.​​​

I operate MOAI with the understanding that no single approach is the right one for all individuals and that all interactions matter in the daily lives of our loved ones. I will maintain an open-door policy and am receptive to concerns, suggestions, and innovative techniques that will better MOAI.
